La Petite Recepte has been fully renovated while preserving its character. The cottage sleeps up to six guests (plus two cots for children) and includes:


  • Three double bedrooms: two with  double beds and one with twin beds (convertible to a super-king)
  • Two bathrooms, including an ensuite to the main bedroom
  • Dining room and sitting room with comfortable furnishings
  • Brand-new fully equipped kitchen with French doors opening onto the terrace


 The garden is completely walled, providing both privacy and security. Within the garden you’ll find:

 A private swimming pool  (3.7 x 5.7m) with wraparound sun deck

Views of the medieval Tour Mélusine, where King John of England once stayed.

 A sunny terrace  perfect for morning coffee, alfresco lunches, or evening barbecues

The cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and central heating, making it comfortable in all seasons.
